Ange did a great job. She gave great pre-sale advice around how to go to market plus how best to present the property to get maximum outcome. She worked the psychology of potential buyers putting them all into the right head space in terms of pricing expectations and the tender results proved that. She has a good sense of humour and was fun to work with and I knew she was committed to getting best outcomes when she fronted up to our house with mops and cleaning products to ensure it looked its best before open home (wasn't necessary but proved the attitude to get her hands dirty). And, she was patient - played the long game and it all worked out.
